Refund policy
We want you to love your paddle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at service@rallymetric.com with your order number.

Used paddles cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos, and we’ll take care of it.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
